DFK Gooding Partners was founded in 1998 by a small team of founding partners galvanised with the vision of building a boutique accounting firm on a foundation of high quality, personalised financial and advisory services. The key objective was to establish long-term partnerships with clients by closely aligning shared interests, and building opportunities for each party to value-add.

DFK Gooding Partners has five Partners, with each bringing varied expertise to our service offerings. Across our partners and management team, our careers have been built from prior experience within the Big 4 and leading boutique firms before arriving at DFK Gooding Partners.

DFK Gooding Partners play a leading role in the continual development of the DFK association at a national, Asia Pacific and international level. Stephen Bushell is a Director of DFK International Limited and previously Chairman of DFK ANZ for 5 years. Stephen became the President of DFK International Limited from 1 July 2023, the first time this position has been held by an Australian.
